Job description
Ensuring all Enterprise Critical Infrastructure (ECI) Program-required documents-Restoral Plans, Restoral Test Plans, Restoral Test Execution Plans-are stored in the required repositories:
FileNet
FORP (with uploads performed by the ECI FORP Administrator)
Team NFS
Managing access permissions for all ECI documents across these repositories
Coordinating and overseeing required quarterly FORP testing and managing the ECI teams FORP user population
Yearly documentation reviews of below information within the ECI documentation
ECI recovery support contacts (including vendors)
ECI Inventory (Hosts and VMs)
ECI AITs (currently 7), FORP (with uploads performed by the ECI FORP Administrator)

Necessary training and guidance from IOR Strategy and Governance to perform these functions
Requirements
Comprehensive baseline knowledge of all applicable IT policies, standards, and requirements applicable to implement the BOFA Cloud Model.
Know how to decipher and apply BOFA Global IT Policy Standards to the CGA (Cloud Governance Authority) published control objectives. Including: navigating various SOR (System of Record) and related IT processes to prove compliance.
Maintain knowledge of CSP (Cloud Service Providers - Azure, AWS, and GCP ) Platform functionality, and related services such as Azure Sentinel, Azure Blob.
Ability to understand key Cloud technologies and application development concepts, such as Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, code repositories, change management procedures, and automated testing.

FileNet, Typically, a candidate is expected to comfortably host and guide 4-5 active cloud use cases through the CGA pipeline simultaneously. Therefore, time management and communication / presentation of cloud concepts are critical hard skills for success.
Ability to scale-up / scale-down control guidance to a wide-spectrum of individuals (Dev/Ops, PMO) with different levels of Cloud and IT-Bank specific knowledge. A critical hard skill.
People management is a soft-skill, needed to adjust to different knowledge levels and communication styles.
Motivation to independently stay abreast of the fast-changing CSP industry - Platform/Services changes to provide accurate guidance to each LOB UCR (use case requestor).
Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint Excel, Word - are heavily used to convey/present cloud concepts during the LOB UCR meetings, and during the final CGA QC/QA tollgate (review for production).
This is client-facing function, requiring the candidate to establish multiple working sessions weekly, typically covering up to 2 months of meetings with each LOB team (use cases - comprised of 6-10 contributors).
Experience in agile development and tooling.
Excellent communication, organizational leadership, coaching, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior stakeholders.

Benefits & conditions
Pay Range: $50-$55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
