Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Prism & Reporting Consultant in Riverwoods, IL.
Duties:
- Lead Workday Prism Analytics, enterprise reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and composite reporting solutions across HCM and Financials
- Drive Workday AI initiatives, including Workday Agents, Agent System of Record, Orchestration, data cloud, and intelligent automation
- Design and optimize Prism datasets, data pipelines, transformations, calculated fields, matrix reports, and Discovery Boards
- Build scalable reporting architectures that support operational reporting, predictive analytics, and AI-driven business insights
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and analytical solutions
- Support data governance, reporting accuracy, security, compliance, documentation, and operational excellence
- Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and continuous improvement across Workday AI, Prism Analytics, and reporting roadmaps
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Prism, Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, and Analytics
- Strong experience across both Workday HCM and Workday Financials reporting environments
- Prior implementation experience with Workday AI/ML capabilities, Agents, ASOR, Prism Analytics, data pipelines, and intelligent reporting frameworks
- Deep understanding of Workday architecture, business objects, data model, reporting framework, and security model
- Experience with at least two full life cycle Workday implementations focused on Reporting, Prism Analytics, or analytics modernization
- Skilled with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, ETL concepts, SQL, Excel Power Query, Postman, SOAP UI, or equivalent tools
- Workday Prism Analytics, Reporting, or Workday Pro certifications strongly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
