Job description

Seeking an experienced Semiconductor Test Technician to support daily NAND Test Lab operations for a leading memory semiconductor company. The technician will operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot Advantest and Teradyne automated test equipment while supporting material processing, inventory management, preventive maintenance, and engineering development activities., · Support day-to-day NAND Test Lab operations and ensure timely processing of engineering and production materials.

· Operate and maintain Advantest M67xx automated handlers and Advantest tester platforms.

· Configure and operate Teradyne Nextest Magnum test systems.

· Install and maintain Change Kits and Device Specific Adapters (DSAs).

· Perform tester diagnostics, troubleshooting, and board-level failure analysis.

· Execute preventive maintenance, thermal calibration, voltage calibration, and timing calibration activities.

· Troubleshoot handler pick-and-place issues and equipment-related failures.

· Track and manage interface hardware inventory using inventory management systems.

· Generate technical documentation, work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and process flow documentation.

· Monitor equipment performance, reliability, availability, and maintainability metrics.

· Support safety audits and maintain compliance with laboratory safety procedures.

· Coordinate equipment calibration schedules and maintain test equipment readiness.

· Train engineers and technicians on test equipment operation and laboratory procedures.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

· Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for reporting and communication.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical writing within manufacturing?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, · Associate's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Semiconductor Technology, or related field preferred.

· 3+ years of semiconductor test, engineering lab, or ATE equipment experience.

· Experience with Advantest M67xx Handlers.

· Experience with Teradyne Nextest Magnum Testers.

· Experience with Advantest V93K, B6700, T5835, or similar tester platforms.

· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

· Experience performing equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.

· Understanding of semiconductor memory testing, NAND Flash, SSD, or DRAM products.

· Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and equipment handling.

· Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· NAND Flash memory testing experience.

· Semiconductor manufacturing or engineering development environment experience.

· Reliability testing and equipment performance monitoring experience.

· Inventory control and asset tracking experience.

· Knowledge of automated test equipment (ATE) architecture and operation., * ow many years of semiconductor test or ATE (Automated Test Equipment) experience do you have?
