Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst on our Business Intelligence team, you will leverage internal data and a modern data stack to provide valuable insights that enhance operations and business outcomes across all departments. This role will report up to the Manager of Business Intelligence., * Develop expertise in navigating and generating insights from internal databases (including Salesforce).

• Partner with various departments to identify and outline data needs and requirements.
• Work with Tableau and SQL to build customized dashboards, visual analyses, and self-serve tools for key stakeholders.
• Leverage Snowflake Intelligence and Claude to build, optimize, and deploy AI-driven insights, automated reporting pipelines, or natural language querying tools for business teams.
• Contribute to work across the Analytics department, including Analytics Engineering and Data Science.

Do you have experience in VLOOKUP function?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.)

• 4+ years of professional experience in a dedicated business intelligence or analytics role.
• 2+ years of experience working directly within a Snowflake data warehouse environment.
• 1+ years of experience working with Snowflake Intelligence or integrating Claude to automate workflows, process unstructured data, or enhance BI tools.
• Ability to perform complex joins and transformations on data using SQL.
• Experience building data visualizations with Tableau or similar tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI).
• Strong knowledge of Excel (vlookup, index/match, pivot tables, calculations).
• Bonus: Experience using DBT, Git, and Python.
