Job description
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Administrator to support end users, maintain IT systems, and assist with hardware, software, and network-related issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their IT career, with training provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 IT support through a helpdesk ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, Office 365, printers, and user access issues.
- Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, and software for end users.
- Create, modify, and remove user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Install updates, patches, antivirus software, and third-party applications.
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking.
- Assist with basic networking, endpoint security, and workstation support.
- Coordinate hardware repairs and decommissioning of outdated equipment.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software troubleshooting?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Active Directory, Azure, networking, virtualization, or cloud technologies.
- CompTIA A+, Server+, Microsoft, VMware, or Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. independently and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
