Job description
The Membership Implementation Specialist supports the Membership program through a variety of administrative and customer service functions. Responsibilities include managing membership records, processing payments, preparing membership materials, maintaining databases, generating reports, and providing exceptional service to members and visitors., * Maintain and update membership databases with accuracy and timeliness
- Process membership payments and renewals
- Prepare and mail membership cards
- Organize, file, scan, and maintain membership records
- Answer phones, greet visitors, assist customers, and process payments
- Support accurate financial transaction handling and reporting
- Provide membership activity reports to leadership
Requirements
Do you have experience in Office experience?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two (2) years of office-related experience required
- Strong administrative, data entry, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to accurately handle financial transactions and maintain membership records
