Data Integration Manager

Our client is seeking a Enterprise Data Integration Manager to join their team within Enterprise Data Management. In this role you will play a critical role in advancing enterprise data connectivity and operational excellence across the company's business functions. This position leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of data integration initiatives that enable reliable, accessible, and scalable data solutions to support informed business decisions and organizational growth. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders, the role fosters collaboration, innovation and accountability while ensuring the integrity and efficiency of enterprise data operations. This manager also develops and mentors high-performing team focused on delivery impactful integration solutions aligned with the company's strategic priorities.

Day to Day:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data integration solutions across multiple platforms and systems.
• Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to define integration priorities, requirements, and scalable solutions that support operational and strategic goals.
• Manage and develop a team of data integration professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
• Apply Agile methodologies and best practices to drive adaptability, transparency, and efficient project execution.
• Establish and maintain data governance and quality standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, security, and availability of enterprise data.
• Oversee documentation of integration processes, standards, and procedures to support operational continuity, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and integration capabilities that enhance performance, scalability, and business value.
• Monitor integration performance metrics and communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure successful and timely delivery of integration initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise data integration, data engineering, or related technology disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong experience SQL, enterprise ETL frameworks, and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Experience supporting enterprise integration initiatives and delivering scalable data solutions within complex business environments.
• Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and operational objectives.
• Proficiency with Git, event streaming technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, and programming languages such as Python or Java
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data integration concepts, architectures, and best practices
