Job description
The Digital Product Manager will oversee the full e-commerce product lifecycle, manage CMS workflows through Strapi, and collaborate cross-functionally with business, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day execution, with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office role., * Define and manage the e-commerce product roadmap aligned with company goals
- Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and priorities
- Own ecommerce product setup, including pricing, availability, and configurations
- Manage and maintain Strapi CMS content, publishing workflows, and permissions
- Lead Agile processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization
- Analyze customer behavior and performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver results
- Continuously improve the online customer journey and user experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management or product ownership experience
- Experience managing ecommerce products, platforms, or digital storefronts
- Hands-on CMS experience (Strapi preferred)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving measurable business value
