Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Enterprise Application S In this role you will own the strategy roadmap and execution of large-scale products and digital platform capabilities across the enterprise. You will partner closely with cross-functional business engineering design and data teams to build AI-led customer-centric products that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will define product vision shape requirements drive prioritization and oversee delivery while balancing technical feasibility user needs and financial value. As a senior product leader you will manage stakeholder expectations influence decision-making and ensure delivery excellence across a multigeography setup Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business and customer goals.
- Lead product discovery market research competitive benchmarking and requirement gathering.
- Translate business needs into clear product specifications epics and user stories.
- Partner with engineering design data and business teams to drive end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional product squads in an Agile environment and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Prioritize features using data-driven frameworks (OK Rs ROI value vs.
- effort customer feedback).
- Drive AI-led and digital-first capabilities across product experiences and architecture.
- Manage stakeholder communication with senior leadership including C-suite presentations.
- Develop business cases financial models and product performance KP Is.
- Conduct product reviews manage risks and ensure strong governance for product releases.
- Drive adoption change management and market rollout strategies for large-scale product deployments.
- Identify opportunities for innovation automation and new revenue models.
Requirements
