Full Stack Developer

MC Consultants, Inc. is seeking a strong mid-level Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. Specializing in construction forensics for over 36 years, MC Consultants provides top-tier national expert witness and litigation support. We are committed to being our client's "ONE Company for all your consulting needs"., This role is primarily focused on hands-on development and execution. The developer will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining full-stack applications based on established architectural patterns and technical direction.

This position is not intended for system architects. High-level system design and architectural decisions are managed by senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong programmer who excels at implementing scalable solutions, collaborating with teams, and delivering reliable code.

The position will start as hybrid and may transition to full remote after approximately 6 months of employment, based on performance. Fully remote for strong candidates may be considered from the start, subject to a 3-month probation period.

Technologies Summary: Practical experience and strong hands-on programming skills with clean, maintainable object-oriented code in modern programming languages are required. The candidate should be able to design and implement individual components, services, and features. Demonstrable understanding of SQL databases is required. Experience with Git/version control systems and working on team-based projects is essential. Experience with Google Flutter is a plus.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Strong commitment to customer service, teamwork, and delivering tasks on time.
• Solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
• Willingness to be on call and occasionally travel to national satellite offices and team meetings as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

· Work under the guidance of the DevOps Manager to gather requirements and deploy new features in an agile environment.

· Translate requirements into working code solutions that ensure smooth user experience.

· Implement application features across frontend and backend based on defined architecture and business requirements.

· Ensure application performance, security, and resilience across the full stack.

· Monitor and optimize system performance, including query tuning and front-end performance enhancements.

· Follow established development standards, patterns, and best practices.

· Support production systems and participate in on-call rotation as needed.

· Maintain availability, reliability, and proper operation of managed services and systems.

· Stay updated on emerging programming languages, frameworks, and database technologies

Do you have experience in Version control systems?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in full-stack or related software development roles.
• C# or Python API Experience.
• Flutter or similar multi-platform framework.
• Comfortable working within an established technical direction.
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrates strong accountability and execution skills.
• Certifications, real-world development examples, and open-source contributions are highly valued; however, development skills must be demonstrated during the technical interview., Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Frequent use of computers, monitors, and standard office equipment. Ability to lift and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Standard Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required to support deployments, system maintenance, or urgent issues.
