Job description

Herbalife is seeking a Principal I, Application Analyst - Oracle Cloud SCM to play a meaningful role in our global Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management transformation. This position sits at the intersection of business process design, Oracle Cloud SCM functional expertise, and enterprise-scale implementation leadership. You will partner closely with global business collaborators, IT teams, and external implementation partners to build, implement, optimize, and support Oracle Cloud SCM solutions across Inventory, Costing, Warehouse Management (WMS), Logistics, and Order Fulfillment. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong business insight, and the ability to lead full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations in a complex, multi-national environment. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: As Principal I, Application Analyst, you will serve as an Oracle Cloud SCM authority, responsible for translating business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions., * Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, including requirements definition, fit-gap analysis, CRPs, configuration, testing, data validation, training, and launch support

  • Own and optimize Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Costing, Warehouse Management (WMS), Logistics, Order Management, and related integrations
  • Partner with business leaders across multiple business units to define as-is and to-be processes, align global requirements, and standardize enterprise solutions
  • Act as the functional lead for complex, multi-tier and multi-country implementations, ensuring scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and oversee integrations, data flows, security models, and reporting solutions
  • Provide functional leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and project team members
  • Support post-implementation activities including enhancements, release management, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive sponsors on solution design, risks, and delivery status, * Opportunity to serve as a principal-level Oracle Cloud SCM leader within a highly visible, strategic program

Additional Details

Requirements

Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM

  • Deep functional expertise in Inventory, Costing, Warehouse Management (WMS), Logistics, Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Plan-to-Manufacturing (PTM or equivalent experience)
  • Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and logistics business processes

End-to-End Implementation Leadership

  • Demonstrable experience leading multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
  • Expertise across fit-gap, CRP execution, functional configuration, testing cycles, data validation, training, and post-go-live support

Business Analysis & Process Design

  • Demonstrable ability to capture and document business requirements
  • Experience crafting as-is / to-be process models and aligning global collaborators across multiple business units
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex enterprise processes and data structures

Enterprise Systems Competence

  • Experience working within multi-national, multi-tier ERP/SCM environments
  • Solid understanding of ERP concepts, cross-module dependencies, and enterprise release management

Preferred Qualifications Technical Awareness (Functional + Technical Bridge)

  • Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, integrations, data structures, XML/HTML
  • Familiarity with Java, .NET, JavaScript concepts, and packaged application architectures
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SaaS-to-SaaS / third-party integrations

Packaged Application Customization

  • Experience in configuring and extending Oracle Cloud applications aligned to business processes
  • Exposure to PaaS extensions, Oracle Visual Builder, Web Services, and Redwood UI is a plus

Analytics & Data

  • Experience with OTBI, BI Cloud Connector (BICC), Fusion Analytics / Data Intelligence, and SQL optimization
  • Ability to support reporting and analytics requirements for supply chain collaborators

Global Collaborator Management

  • Proven success working with cross-cultural, global teams
  • Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, and executive-level communication skills

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
