Job description

This is not just another development role-it's an opportunity to work on high-impact platforms, collaborate closely with business and compliance stakeholders, and influence how systems are designed, built, and deployed where accuracy, security, and performance are essential.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build scalable full-stack applications using C# and modern .NET frameworks
  • Develop responsive front-end experiences using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Build and integrate secure APIs and backend services
  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases (performance tuning, indexing)
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce secure development best practices
  • Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to meet regulatory standards
  • Support release management, version control, and change processes
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality

Core Technologies

  • C# / .NET (ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core)
  • SQL Server (performance tuning, indexing, stored procedures)
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
  • Unit Testing (MSTest, NUnit)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack or .NET development experience
  • Experience working in secure, compliance-driven environments
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Clear communication and ability to translate technical concepts
