Job description
UST Canada is seeking a Software Developer Analyst to support a strategic engagement with a community-oriented financial institution. This role focuses on building, enhancing, and sustaining enterprise applications that support business growth, operational efficiency, and client service excellence.
The opportunity:

Specializing in the design and development of custom applications for deployment throughout the enterprise.

Architect software solutions that are open-ended to allow for growth of functionality as the organization evolves, and which will minimize risk of future maintenance or redesign efforts.

Design and develop applications that will maintain and augment the database while ensuring the integrity and security of the database.

Analyze and interpret written business requirements and technical specifications and perform coding to written specifications.

Analyze and investigate software problems reported to the development team, and suggest potential corrections for issues.

Responsible for performing maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.

Manage small-team software development sub-tasks with Software Developer Analyst Level 1 and/or Level 2 employees, reporting to a supervisor.

Requirements
Do you have experience in VB.NET?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.

UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below., Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws., Compensation range: $95,000.00 to $119,000.00 per year
