Job description

This is not a background role. As a 3DE School Implementation Manager, you are a catalyst for change - embedded in schools, building relationships, driving outcomes, and refusing to settle for the status quo. You'll work side-by-side with teachers, school administrators, and the local 3DE team to bring a bold instructional model to life every single day. You'll champion students, energize teachers, connect classrooms to the business world, and build the systems that make success sustainable long after you've helped lay the foundation.

You thrive in fast-moving environments. You build trust quickly. You solve problems before they become crises. And you're the kind of person who leans in when things get hard - because that's when the work matters most.

You'll Thrive Here If You Are…

  • Energetic and action-oriented: you bring momentum to every room you enter and keep teams moving forward.
  • Curious and unafraid of new things: you see change as an opportunity, not a threat, and you're always asking "what if we tried it this way?"
  • A natural connector: students, teachers, and business leaders all feel heard and valued around you. You build real relationships, not just networks.
  • A driver: you set ambitious goals, hold yourself accountable, and pull others toward the finish line with energy and clarity.
  • A continuous learner: you absorb feedback quickly, grow from every experience, and genuinely love getting better at what you do.

What You'll Do

Drive the Model

  • Champion student engagement - track progress, remove barriers, and make sure every student knows about the opportunities available to them.
  • Partner with teachers and school staff to build awareness of the 3DE model, hit enrollment targets, and earn parent and teacher support.
  • Collaborate with teachers, implementation staff, and business partners to plan and execute on- and off-site capstone experiences students remember.
  • Support teachers and students in getting the most out of the 3DE learning management system and all supporting tools.
  • Own the data - gather, manage, and act on key metrics to keep implementation sharp and continuously improve student outcomes.

Build Relationships & Culture

  • Create a 3DE cohort culture where students and teachers feel they belong, are empowered to lead, and are genuinely excited to show up.
  • Make every business professional feel welcomed, well-prepared, and convinced they made a real impact - because they did.
  • Design and maintain the 3DE space to signal community, invite collaboration, and set students up for their best work.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Education: Bachelor's degree required.

  • Experience: 5+ years in a middle or high school classroom is strongly preferred. Comparable nonprofit experience as a program coordinator or manager is also welcome - what matters most is that you've operated in complex, relationship-driven environments and made things happen.
  • Data fluency: You're comfortable using data to guide decisions - not paralyzed by it, not ignoring it. You know how to turn numbers into next steps.
  • Relationship track record: You have a proven history of building and sustaining genuine relationships with a wide range of stakeholders - from students to C-suite executives.
  • Organized & adaptive: You juggle competing priorities without losing momentum or quality. You're the one who figures it out - not the one who waits to be told what to do.

Core Competencies

  • Cultural Agility: You read the room, adapt quickly, and develop smart strategies for the real environments you're working in.
  • Effective Collaboration: You bring people together across levels and roles. You lead through influence - not authority - and build teams that want to follow your lead.
  • Engaging Communication: Whether you're presenting to a boardroom or encouraging a struggling student, you communicate clearly and in a way that lands. You adapt your style without losing your voice.
  • Creativity & Innovation: When the existing playbook doesn't fit, you write a new one. You're energized by finding better approaches, not threatened by them.
  • Self-Direction: You don't wait for permission. You set priorities, execute with integrity, and follow through without being managed.
  • Critical & Analytical Thinking: You combine logic, data, and instinct to solve complex problems fast - and keep the team moving while you do it.

Ready to drive real change in education? We'd love to meet you.
