Job description
A fast-growing AI healthcare company is hiring its first dedicated Director of Revenue Systems after a major Series C fundraise.
This is a hands-on systems role for someone who wants to own the GTM infrastructure behind a high-growth revenue organisation.
You'll own Salesforce, revenue tooling, automation strategy, data architecture and the systems layer across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and leadership.
The company is AI-native externally and wants its internal operations to be the same. The right person won't just use AI tools. They'll build workflows and automations that remove manual work, improve data quality and give the GTM team more leverage.
What you'll own
- Salesforce as the core revenue system
- GTM tooling across Salesforce, Gong and related revenue platforms
- AI-powered automations and workflows
- Data flows, integrations, reporting and dashboards
- Systems for forecasting, pipeline, commissions, territories and account enrichment
- New tooling evaluation and implementation as the company scales
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Systems, GTM Systems, Sales Ops, RevOps or Business Systems
- Deep Salesforce administration / architecture experience
- Strong GTM systems and revenue tooling experience
- Comfort with APIs, integrations, data flows and automation tools
- Practical AI fluency, ideally building workflows rather than just using AI chat tools
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, health-tech or startup environments
- Hands-on builder mentality, not a pure manager

Benefits & conditions
$175,000-$220,000 base plus competitive equity.
