Infrastructure Project Manager

We're hiring an Infrastructure Project Manager to serve as the onsite IT leader for a growing manufacturing operation. This is a highly visible role where you'll act as the bridge between IT, business leadership, and plant operations. If you enjoy being hands-on with technology while also influencing strategy and working with leadership, this is a unique opportunity to own IT for a site and make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the primary IT lead supporting a manufacturing site (~100 employees)
• Partner with plant leadership, CFO, and operations teams on IT needs and initiatives
• Support infrastructure, networks, endpoints, and production technology on the shop floor
• Lead and coordinate IT projects, working with global IT teams as needed
• Troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues while also contributing to long-term IT strategy
• Support cybersecurity, business continuity, and site growth initiatives

• Experience in manufacturing IT / IT-OT environments
• Exposure to SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, MES, or cybersecurity initiatives
• Experience supporting shop-floor technology (industrial PCs, scanners, printers)
• Background in energy, electrification, or industrial automation
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, or forecasts
