Design, develop, and implement end-to-end PEGA Customer Service (CS) solutions Architect scalable and high-performance PEGA Constellation applications Lead PEGA CS application design, workflows, UI, integrations, and deployment activities Customize and enhance PEGA Customer Service Framework to meet business requirements Drive digital transformation and business process automation initiatives Lead and mentor a team of PEGA developers through design reviews, code reviews, and release management Build and integrate APIs with enterprise systems and databases Develop, test, deploy, and monitor business workflows to optimize operational efficiency Support production applications, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements Prepare technical documentation, deployment artifacts, and implementation best practices Collaborate with client stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions
Requirements
8+ Years of PEGA Development Experience PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification - Level 1 (Required) PEGA Customer Service (CS) Framework PEGA Constellation Architecture End-to-End PEGA Solution Design & Development Workflow Design & Automation API Development & Enterprise System Integration Application Architecture & Technical Leadership Code Reviews, Release Management & Deployment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading enterprise PEGA implementations from inception to production Expertise in scalable, secure, and high-performing PEGA architectures Experience integrating PEGA with enterprise applications and databases DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, and Automated Testing Experience monitoring workflow performance and recommending process improvements Strong client-facing experience with senior technical and business stakeholders We are looking for a hands-on PEGA LSA with deep expertise in PEGA Constellation, Customer Service Framework, enterprise architecture, and technical leadership to support Apple's digital transformation initiatives.
