Job description

  • Design and maintain scalable, secure Data Warehouse & Data Lake solutions.
  • Build healthcare interoperability solutions using FHIR, HL7, USCDI/US Core.
  • Develop healthcare data models (Claims, Member, Provider, Clinical, EHR).
  • Ensure HIPAA, GDPR, data governance, quality, and security compliance.
  • Collaborate with business, analytics, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions.
  • Optimize data pipelines, storage, and real-time/historical data access.

Requirements

  • Strong Data Architecture experience with Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform.
  • Healthcare domain expertise, including HEDIS, CMS Interoperability, FHIR.
  • SQL, NoSQL, Python, PySpark.
  • Data modeling (Erwin).
  • ETL/Data Integration: Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, IBM DataStage, Informatica.
  • BI/Analytics knowledge and strong stakeholder communication.

Preferred:

  • 10+ years in Data Architecture (Healthcare).
  • 5+ years in healthcare data platforms, interoperability, and cloud solutions.
  • Experience with Epic or Cerner EHR systems.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
