IT Help Desk Associate

As a Help Desk Associate you will provide first-level support to inquiries made to the IT Help Desk, troubleshoot and repair computer systems and hardware, and track and assist the IT staff with resolving IT-related issues., Duties Include:

• Positively respond to all inquiries made to the IT Help Desk and provide first-level support.
• Troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Perform or obtain assistance for computer/printer repairs.
• Develop checklists, guides, and documentation to assist with future support resolutions.
• Monitor daily system reports.
• Assist in training and educating credit union staff regarding computer upgrades.
• Document repairs, incidents, and procedures for IT-related activities.
• Installs and tests computer-related equipment.
• Performs selected system administration for Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, and on-premises/cloud-based applications.
• Assists in maintaining system inventory.

Do you have experience in Desktop computer repair?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience: At least one year experience in technical support.
• Attention to detail and follow up skills.
• Computer hardware and software support skills, including mastery of Microsoft Suite.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
