Core Requirements & Skills

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with ETL tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and programming languages like Python or PySpark.
• Database Management: Deep understanding of relational (RDBMS) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, and data warehousing concepts.
• Domain Knowledge: Specialized expertise in migrating major enterprise platforms such as SAP (e.g., SAP MDG, Syniti), Oracle Health, or Salesforce.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, project risk management, and the ability to convert complex business rules into technical specifications
