Requirements
- Experience designing enterprise-level test automation strategies and frameworks
- Strong background in performance, load, and stress testing
- Experience testing CI/CD pipelines and improving release quality
- Hands-on experience with performance tooling
- Ability to analyze system bottlenecks across APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments
- Experience partnering with engineering and DevOps teams to improve platform reliability
- Strong scripting or programming experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar
Nice to have:
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architectures
- Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience implementing quality engineering best practices across Agile teams
