Job description
Seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative I to join its Americas Commercial Team in Morton Grove, IL. This position plays a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service experience, technical aptitude, ERP/CRM knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment., Receive, review, and accurately process customer orders.
Verify and edit orders to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Enter and maintain orders in LN, eLogia, and ESP-REP systems.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, shipping, and delivery concerns.
Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate customer records and order databases.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding product availability and expedited requests.
Monitor inventory levels and evaluate stock availability against shipping schedules.
Support customers by providing timely updates and solutions.
Perform additional duties assigned by Customer Service leadership.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical customer support solution?, Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical product or B2B environment.
Two years of college or technical schooling, OR five years of experience in a technical role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and customer advocacy skills.
Technical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, LN, eLogia, or similar ERP/CRM systems.
Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, engineering, mechanical, or technical products.
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
