Junior Infrastructure Engineer

Our Investment Management looking for a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to join their global Infrastructure Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of experience who wants to build expertise across Microsoft technologies, Azure, virtualization, automation, and enterprise infrastructure while working alongside senior engineers.

What You'll Do

• Support Windows Server environments (2012-2019), including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Administer Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Intune, MFA, Conditional Access, and enterprise applications.
• Manage endpoint configuration, compliance policies, software deployment, and Windows updates through Intune.
• Support VMware ESXi, Horizon VDI, Windows 365 Cloud PCs, and Dell ThinOS environments.
• Monitor infrastructure health using Azure Monitor and SolarWinds.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation, patch management, and infrastructure security initiatives.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts and support tools such as ActiveBatch and Terraform.
• Manage SSL certificates, participate in change management, and maintain technical documentation.
• Serve as an escalation point for the Help Desk and collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure projects.

• 1-3 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or IT Operations.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization, Windows 365, or VDI technologies.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Azure Monitor.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NetScaler load balancers.
• Knowledge of certificate management, server hardening, or enterprise security.
• Experience in financial services or other fast-paced enterprise environments.
