Windows Systems Engineer

Within our IT department, you join a committed and expert team that works daily to ensure reliable and high-performing environments. In this key role, you actively contribute to the stability, evolution, and modernisation of our IT infrastructure.

What you do daily

You provide support to colleagues on Windows and VMware environments, with a solution-oriented approach and a strong sense of service.

You participate in architectural reflections and decisions, from needs analysis to the choice of technical solutions (Windows, Azure, and virtualisation technology).

Organised and rigorous, while maintaining an overall vision, you configure the technical components of the infrastructure and keep up to date the technologies related to infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management using DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, and Powershell.

Autonomous and committed, you manage the business application infrastructure, lead integration and maintenance activities, and ensure the deployment of monitoring and observability solutions.

An engineering degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification, complemented by at least 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role.

A solid mastery of virtualisation solutions (VMware & Nutanix AHV), Windows servers, and physical servers.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID platforms, skills in networking or Microsoft Azure, as well as development and automation (PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible) are real assets.

A strong team spirit, analytical and synthesis skills, and respect for established rules.

You speak French fluently and have a good command of English.
