Job description

Own and continuously improve configuration management processes across the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) toolchain (ERM, ETM, EWM)

Administer and evolve ELM projects, focus on Doors Next (ERM), access management, and Global Configuration (GC)

Coordination across all the support levels (1st/2nd/3rd) and to IBM support.

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and IT stakeholders to align ELM tooling with business processes and project needs

Support and enable development teams through guidance, training, and knowledge sharing on effective use of ELM tools HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Hands-on experience with ideally the IBM ELM Jazz tool landscape
Requirements
- Solid experience in Configuration Management, preferably in a safety-critical or engineering-driven environment
- Good understanding of requirements management and system development processes (e.g., V-model)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams
- Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work harmoniously in a collaborative environment.
