Job description

The role involves:

  • Support (RUN Operations):
  • Perform ITIL-based support processes, including incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
  • Analyze error messages, diagnose system failures, and take corrective actions, escalating to L3 and vendors as needed.
  • Conduct daily checks, troubleshoot, and propose improvements to known processes.
  • Cover restricted perimeter activities and operational tasks.
  • Technical Support Operations Management:
  • Act as technical backup for F5 and Access Product Managers.
  • Lead change executions on Access Products with external administrators.
  • Automation:
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automated tasks.
  • Monitor automated tasks, notify of issues, and resolve automation incidents.
  • Reporting / CyberIAM:
  • Monitor system logs and alerts, investigate, and respond to security incidents.
  • Perform daily requests and troubleshoot Analytics Dashboard for the Customer Center and Mother Company.
  • Communicate improvements, updates, and obsolescence management to local IT teams.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience as an IT Operator or System Network Administrator; preferably in Identity and Access Management within an industrial context.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework (ServiceNow experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization concepts and protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, RADIUS, MFA).
  • Basic understanding of networking and application delivery (F5 BIG-IP concepts: VIPs, Pools, SNAT, SSL/TLS certificate management, HTTP traffic analysis).
  • Experience with scripting and automation languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Ansible) and familiarity with Java syntax for OGNL expressions.
  • Self-driven, motivated, constantly learning, and creative.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a strong team player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team spirit, service spirit, and accountability are key values for this role.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
