We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What we look for?We are looking for a Software / DevOps Engineer to play a key role in helping our software development teams migrate to the cloud and adopt DevOps best practices across the project of the client from the banking sector.Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),Feel free to apply if you are also open to relocation!Main tasks and accountabilities will be:Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in onboarding to our internal DevOps platform and curated Azure servicesDrive the re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principlesDrive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirementsCollaborate closely with development teams, educating and enabling them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native developmentContribute to improving the developer experience by creating templates, documentation, and training materials that simplify platform adoptionWhat do we expect from you?Software engineer with profound hands-on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins ?
