IT/OT Support Engineer

Join APM Terminals as an IT/OT Support Engineer and play a key role in ensuring the health and performance of our IT and OT infrastructure. You'll be the go-to expert for hands-on support, maintenance, and troubleshooting across a dynamic terminal environment., * Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and Office applications.

• Maintain and troubleshoot local IT infrastructure: datacenter racks, cabling, network, and server equipment.
• Support IT/OT systems such as CCTV, biometric readers, OCR equipment, and Vehicle Mounted Terminals.
• Assist with incident resolution and change implementation within agreed SLAs.
• Contribute to IT projects: upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with regional and integral teams for hands-on support and knowledge sharing.

• Degree in IT Engineering or Telecommunications.
• Knowledge of VMWare, networking, and communications (CISCO certification is a plus).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (certification preferred).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
