Deliver accurate, timely insights by transforming data into actionable intelligence, enabling stakeholders to monitor performance, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making., * Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for business and operational performance.

• Collect, clean, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Analyze trends, variances, and drivers; translate findings into clear narratives and recommendations.
• Automate recurring reporting and improve data pipelines to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and data definitions.
• Maintain documentation for metrics, data sources, and reporting processes.

Jij & jouw functie

As Data Intelligence & Reporting Specialist, you know the secrets of het vertalen van data naar heldere inzichten die besluitvorming makkelijker maken.

Analyseer, verbeter en standaardiseer rapportages voor IT Vendor Management. Je werkt in het IT Vendor Management Support team, binnen het subteam Data Intelligence & Reporting. Samen met 2 andere dataspecialisten zorg je dat collega's betrouwbare informatie krijgen over leveranciers, contracten en prestaties.

Voorbeelden uit de praktijk

• Je bouwt Power BI-dashboards waarmee gebruikers zelf makkelijker rapportages kunnen bekijken.
• Je spreekt met collega's die een data- of rapportagebehoefte hebben en vertaalt die naar duidelijke oplossingen.
• Je werkt mee aan een nieuw datafundament voor rapportages binnen IT Vendor Management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data integrity.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel.
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with data modeling and relational databases.
• Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences and influence decisions.
• Understanding of KPI design, reporting standards, and stakeholder requirement gathering.
