  • Autonomously manage a broad range of stakeholders, from operational to senior managerial roles, closely collaborating with Finance, Data Engineering, and Product teams.

  • Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses and data extracts to support decision-making.

  • Independently run data analysis from scoping to implementation, applying suitable methodologies and translating findings into actionable insights.

  • Lead data governance efforts by implementing automated quality checks, maintaining metric definitions, and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting.

  • Coach junior team members by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and promoting best practices across the BI team.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a B2B software or tech environment.

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative or business field.
  • Strong SQL with demonstrated experience transforming raw data into core business and financial performance metrics. Python and statistical modeling skills are a strong advantage.
  • Strong experience with DBT to manage data workflows and pipelines; GitLab experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key metrics, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, etc.) and financial consolidation/automation is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of BI reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) with strong skills in data storytelling and visualization to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience working with global FP&A, Accounting, Data engineering, and Product teams.
  • Agile and lean thinking, with a bias for action and a focus on delivering business results.
