Requirements

We're working with a forward-thinking technology business in Central London that's continuing to invest heavily in its cloud infrastructure and cyber security capabilities. As the company expands, they're looking for a motivated 2nd Line Engineer to join a collaborative technical team where you'll gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and meaningful project work.

Rather than being confined to day-to-day support, you'll play an active role in cloud deployments, infrastructure improvements, security initiatives, and technology transformation projects across the business.

You'll work closely with senior engineers and technical specialists, gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, virtualisation, and modern cyber security solutions. The variety of work and level of exposure make this an ideal role for someone looking to broaden their technical expertise and progress into more senior engineering positions.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
  • Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, and firewalls
  • Experience supporting cloud and infrastructure environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
  • Passion for Cloud Infrastructure and Cyber Security
  • MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential
