You will monitor, triage and resolve support tickets coming into the IT Service Desk, providing 1 st and some 2 nd line support for system and hardware issues. Requirements
An well-established business is looking for an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Analyst to join its sizeable technology team in Manchester. Please note the role is office based, 5 days per week.
You will act as the first point of contact for internal IT queries so excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential. It is expected that you will have experience with Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams and Entra.
