Job description

Working as part of a team of six, you'll provide high-quality technical support while assisting with the deployment, maintenance and improvement of client IT infrastructure., * Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support via phone, email, remote access and onsite visits.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues, escalating where required.
  • Install, configure and support Windows 11 desktops, laptops and peripherals.
  • Configure Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Azure and SharePoint.
  • Support user onboarding, system migrations and software deployments.
  • Maintain backups, antivirus solutions, firewalls, routers and wireless networks.
  • Support iOS and Android mobile devices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an MSP or IT support environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience supporting PCs, laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
  • Good understanding of networking, routers, firewalls and wireless technologies.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Microsoft Exchange Server would be an advantage.
