负责导航 SDK 在 Android 平台的设计,开发,调试和性能优化. Responsible for the design, development, debugging, and performance optimization of Navigation SDK on Android. 参与导航相关核心能力建设,包括地图展示,路径规划,导航引导,定位,交通信息,车机适配等模块开发. Work on core navigation features, including map rendering, route planning, guidance, positioning, traffic information, and in-vehicle system integration. 使用 Kotlin 进行高质量 Android 开发,保证代码的稳定性,可维护性和扩展性. Develop high-quality Android applications and SDK components using Kotlin, ensuring stability, maintainability, and scalability. 与产品,算法,地图数据,测试及海外团队协作,推动 SDK 功能落地和问题解决. Collaborate with product, algorithm, map data, QA, and global teams to deliver SDK features and resolve technical issues. 负责 SDK 集成支持,问题定位,性能分析及客户侧技术支持. Support SDK integration, issue troubleshooting, performance analysis, and customer-facing technical support. 参与技术方案评审,架构优化和关键技术难点攻关. Participate in technical design reviews, architecture optimization, and solving complex technical challenges.

任职要求 / Requirements

本科及以上学历,计算机,软件工程,电子信息或相关专业优先. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, or related fields. 5 年及以上 Android 开发经验,有扎实的 Android SDK,系统组件,线程模型,性能优化和内存管理经验. 5+ years of Android development experience, with solid knowledge of Android SDK, system components, threading, performance optimization, and memory management. 熟练使用 Kotlin,具备良好的代码设计能力和工程实践能力. Proficient in Kotlin, with strong code design and engineering practices. 熟悉 Android 架构设计,模块化开发,Gradle 构建体系及常用调试工具. Familiar with Android architecture design, modular development, Gradle build system, and common debugging tools. 具备良好的英文沟通能力,能够使用英语进行日常技术交流和会议沟通. Good English communication skills, able to conduct daily technical discussions and meetings in English. 能够接受第一年在南京出差或驻场工作,后续工作地点为上海. Willing to travel to or be stationed in Nanjing during the first year; the long-term base location will be Shanghai. 具备良好的问题分析能力,责任心和跨团队协作能力. Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration ability.

加分项 / Preferred Qualifications

有车机导航,座舱系统,地图导航,LBS 或车联网相关开发经验者优先. Experience in in-vehicle navigation, cockpit systems, map/navigation, LBS, or connected vehicle development is preferred. 熟悉导航 SDK,地图 SDK,定位,路线规划,语音播报,交通信息等相关技术者优先. Familiarity with Navigation SDK, Map SDK, positioning, routing, voice guidance, and traffic information is preferred. 有 Android Automotive,车载系统适配,OEM/Tier 1 项目经验者优先. Experience with Android Automotive, in-vehicle system adaptation, OEM, or Tier 1 projects is a plus. 有 SDK 产品开发,客户集成支持或海外项目经验者优先. Experience in SDK product development, customer integration support, or global projects is preferred.
