• Adapt instructional methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and experience levels among adult learners
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration and curiosity
• Maintain detailed records of student attendance, participation, and performance for reporting purposes

Do you have experience in Python?, * Proven experience in web development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Java, C++, Python, R, and related technologies

• Prior classroom or training experience in adult education or technical instruction preferred
• Strong understanding of lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for adult learners
• Familiarity with educational platforms such as Blackboard or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to motivate students and foster an engaging learning environment
