The Senior UX Designer will play a critical role in shaping next-generation digital experiences across lending, leasing, and cash-management capabilities. This role blends user experience design, product design, UI design, and user research into a single, modern product-design function. The designer will be responsible for absorbing complex feature requests, understanding the underlying business and technical capabilities, and translating them into intuitive, system-aligned user experiences.
This position requires deep expertise in Figma, strong proficiency in design system usage, and the ability to think critically and independently. The designer will produce wireframes, low-fidelity flows, and high-fidelity screens, and will collaborate closely with engineering as features are built, iterated, and refined.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can socialize design decisions, articulate rationale, and help stakeholders understand how proposed experiences impact the broader product ecosystem. They must be comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment, leveraging modern tools-including emerging AI-assisted design workflows-to support discovery and accelerate iteration.
This is a hybrid role requiring regular onsite collaboration (typically Tuesday/Thursday) with product, engineering, and UX peers. The position begins as a 6-month contract with planned extension and strong potential for future conversion.
