Data Modeler

We are seeking an experienced Data Modeller with strong expertise in the Healthcare Payer and Provider domain. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale data models that support critical healthcare operations including Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Payments, Provider, and Member data., * Design and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models for healthcare datasets

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data structures
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.)
• Define and manage data mappings, lineage, and metadata across payer/provider systems
• Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and security in modern platforms (Snowflake, Data Lakes, RDBMS)

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * 8+ years in Data Modelling / Data Engineering / Enterprise Data Management

• Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare Payer/Provider ecosystems
• Proven experience with Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Payments, Provider, and Member datasets
• Expertise in Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modelling
• Hands-on with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Data Lakes, RDBMS)
• Familiarity with ETL/integration tools and data governance frameworks, * Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS guidelines)
• Experience with cloud data modernization (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
