Solution Architect - GenAI (Remote)

Solü is seeking a Solution Architect - GenAI to support an Enterprise Architecture - Data & AI team. This role is responsible for designing and guiding scalable, secure AI solutions, translating enterprise AI architecture into detailed technical designs, and supporting the integration of LLM and GenAI capabilities into business applications.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in solution architecture, application integration, and modern software design patterns, with experience working across engineering, data, and architecture teams in an Agile environment. This role ensures AI solutions align with enterprise standards, governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the solution architecture extension of EA - Data & AI (AI domain).
• Translate enterprise conceptual, logical, and high-level physical AI architectures into detailed physical design guidance for generative AI solutions.
• Guide and support engineering teams in embedding generative AI capabilities into business applications and workflows.
• Ensure alignment with EA-defined data patterns, AI integration models, governance frameworks, and guardrails.
• Provide architectural guidance for integrating LLMs and GenAI services into enterprise applications using standardized patterns (APIs, event-driven, orchestration frameworks).
• Define data exchange and prompt/response patterns that ensure secure, governed, and auditable data flows aligned with enterprise data architecture.
• Guide model usage and fit-for-purpose design using EA-defined model selection frameworks and decision trees.
• Establish security, compliance, and AI guardrails, including safe prompt handling, data protection, and policy enforcement.
• Define telemetry and observability approaches to provide visibility into usage, performance, and risk indicators for GenAI-enabled solutions.
• Support the realization of embedded AI use cases, ensuring solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with engineering teams throughout the SDLC, from design through production, providing design oversight and implementation guidance.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and AI governance models.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Platform Engineering, and Cyber teams to drive consistent adoption of enterprise AI patterns.
• Incorporate delivery insights into the continuous improvement of enterprise architecture standards.

Do you have experience in Software engineering?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience.

• Experience designing or architecting enterprise Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, including LLM integrations, AI governance, and enterprise AI architecture.
• Experience in Solution Architecture, including designing and integrating enterprise applications using software architecture principles and patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with multiple programming languages.
• Experience in software or service engineering and delivery.
• Ability to research and apply modern technology trends related to technology initiatives.
• Ability to research, evaluate, and articulate multiple approaches to solving technical problems., * Graduate degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience working in two or more technical roles related to banking technical design.
• Experience delivering technology and enterprise-level presentations.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Industry-recognized certification in programming languages and/or cloud technologies.
• Experience working in the financial services industry.
