Job description

We are seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to collaborate and deliver high quality, scalable brokerage systems. You will serve as a technical leader working closely with product owners and architects to define and implement technical strategies. This role requires engineers who can build applications that scale under high transaction volumes and evolving requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Kafka
  • Experience designing microservices using design patterns and SOLID principles
  • Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins pipelines, and deployment strategies
  • Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
  • Experience with asynchronous messaging systems
  • Strong SQL and database experience
  • Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience building high throughput, low latency systems
  • Industry experience in financial services or other high transaction, data intensive environments
  • Brokerage, trade processing, or settlements experience
  • AWS cloud experience

Benefits & conditions

Compensation: $65 - 75/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
