You will turn business ideas into production-quality agents, pair with citizen developers during structured co-build sessions, and contribute to the reusable patterns and templates that let our solutions scale.

This is an ideal role for a hands-on, curious engineer who wants to grow their expertise at the leading edge of enterprise AI., * Build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse), and Azure AI services where appropriate.

• Solve technical problems across agent design, knowledge grounding, conversational flow, and integration - applying sound judgement to balance business need, data sources, and governance constraints.

• Co-build with business users during structured engagements - pair with makers, unblock them, and lift the technical quality of their solutions.

• Integrate agents with enterprise data sources and systems (SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, custom connectors, line-of-business systems).

• Contribute to reusable assets - agent templates, starter kits, intake formats, and reference implementations that accelerate future builds and reduce variability.

• Operate within governance - apply enterprise security, data, and connector policies (DLP, sharing controls, responsible AI guardrails) in every build.

• Test and iterate - apply scenario testing and evaluation practices to ensure agents are accurate, reliable, and well-grounded.

• Explain and document - produce practical maker guidance and explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.

copilot studio, Power Platform, Agent Design, Integrations, Sharepoint, M365, * 2+ years building solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, with hands-on experience delivering Copilot Studio agents (or equivalent conversational AI / agent-building platforms).

• Practical knowledge of agent design, knowledge grounding (RAG), and prompt engineering - making agents accurate, relevant, and well-structured.

• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Graph API, REST connectors, and/or Dataverse.

• Working understanding of enterprise governance, security, and compliance - data handling, sharing controls, DLP, and connector policies.

• Awareness of when to use AI versus traditional automation, including cost, late
