Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess strong experience in the following areas:
- Cloud & Automation
- AWS & Terraform: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using AWS CLI and Terraform for automation and environment provisioning.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Ability to maintain, design, and optimize scalable, cost-efficient internal cloud applications.
- Systems & Networking
- Active Directory: 2+ years managing Active Directory, including DNS, DHCP, and Local/Group Policies.
- Network Troubleshooting: 3+ years resolving TCP/IP and basic network connectivity issues.
- Hardware & OS: 2+ years installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop hardware, Windows 10/11, Chrome boxes, and peripherals (scanners, network printers).
- Operations & Support
- ServiceNow: 2+ years managing, triaging, and escalating tickets within ServiceNow.
- Peripherals & Specialized Equipment: Ability to learn and support specialized operational equipment (lobby management software, A/V systems, video conferencing, camera equipment)., * Mandate: Professional certification is REQUIRED (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Cloud+, or equivalent). You must be able to provide a copy of your certification upon submission.
- Education & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science + 3 years of related IT support experience OR
- Associate/Vocational degree + 5 years of related IT support experience.
