Early Career React UI Developer

Our team needs a full-time Front-End Software Engineer. In this role, you will work as part of a cross-functional Agile team to implement new mission capability UIs and will help develop a re-usable UI component library. Your software will need to reflect secure coding, architectural, and usability best practices as you work with a UX Designer to deliver impactful capability. This position also includes collaborating with architecture, cyber, test, and product owner stakeholders.

Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance.

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent STEM field

• Ability to develop Web code in an Agile / DevSecOps team environment.

• Familiarity with React or Angular Desired Skills:

• Ability to collaborate w/ UX Designers and Backend Developers to align on tradeoffs

• Familiarity with building reusable UI components

• Experience with AI Code generation

• Familiarity with development tooling VS Code, GitLab, GIT, JIRA

• Familiarity with UI testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)

• Engineering experience with AFNWC SMPES, MPAS, NPES Systems, Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $72,200 - $125,005.
