Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise software applications, mobile applications, websites, and system integrations
Develop custom software solutions that improve City operations and customer service
Support and maintain business-critical software applications used across multiple City departments
Analyze business requirements and work directly with departments to design practical technology solutions
Develop system integrations and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
Identify software enhancements, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement improvements
Review applications for security, accessibility, and compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Create reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools
Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user training materials
Provide technical guidance and training for City staff
Collaborate with software vendors and technology partners to resolve issues and improve system performance
