Desktop Support Technician

We are looking for an Entry-Level Desktop Support Technician to help support computer equipment at a hospital in Lihue. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in IT and gain hands-on experience., * Set up new computers and monitors

• Replace old computers with new equipment
• Assist users with basic computer issues
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Install and update software
• Help with password resets and basic account support
• Move and connect computer equipment as needed
• Provide friendly customer service to hospital staff

• Basic computer knowledge
