AI is to develop into a strategic tool at Wyon AG that strengthens efficiency, knowledge access, quality and innovation capability. Your tasks:

• You design, develop, test and optimise AI, machine learning and generative AI solutions for both internal processes and customer-oriented solutions
• You prepare data, validate and structure it as a basis for model training, evaluation and the productive use of AI models
• You ensure quality, traceability, safety, data protection, security-by-design principles and responsible use of AI technologies
• You create and maintain technical documentation, prompt concepts, test specifications as well as operational and support documents
• You support the specialist departments in the introduction, application and further development of AI-based tools and solutions
• You monitor technological developments and market trends in the field of AI, derive relevant impulses for the company and promote knowledge building in the company through training, workshops and coaching
• You support technology decisions, architectural issues and investments in the field of AI, data & analytics

• You have sound knowledge in the areas of AI (TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn), machine learning, data processing and software engineering
• You bring practical experience in the development, evaluation and productive introduction of AI solutions
• You have experience in implementing AI projects throughout the entire lifecycle from idea and conception to productive operation
• You know the requirements for information security and have knowledge of security-by-design principles, authorisation concepts as well as logging and monitoring of productive AI solutions
• You have a good understanding of operational and industrial processes and can specifically align technological solutions to business requirements
• You can communicate fluently in German and English
• You convince with an independent, analytical and solution-oriented approach to complex professional and technical issues
• You have a high level of quality awareness, act responsibly and economically when selecting, developing and introducing AI solutions
