As a software developer, you understand that high-quality software goes beyond a polished interface and well-organized data. It requires clean code, robust APIs, insightful analytics, and solid infrastructure to deliver user-oriented solutions. We need someone who can develop efficient and effective software from initial concept to production-ready systems in a dynamic, agile environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of custom applications, ontologies, and workflows that involve intelligence data fusion, analytics, and requirements tracking to enhance the command's decision-making processes and increase the speed and accuracy of decision-making. Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, and JavaScript are essential, as is hands-on experience developing within leading edge AI and ML environments. This role requires the flexibility to work across disparate development platforms, including JupyterLabs or Notebook and VSCode, and front-end frameworks or libraries such as Angular or React to meet mission-specific needs., * 5+ years of experience in software development for full-stack engineering
- 5+ years of experience with Angular, React, or Node.js
- 3+ years of experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and collaborative team environments
- 1+ years of experience with Maven Smart Systems
- Knowledge of software architecture patterns and clean code principles
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working in DoD or classified environments
- Experience with secure cloud platforms such as Azure Government or Azure DevOps
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD automation
- Knowledge of compliance or security frameworks applicable to defense software systems such as NIST or RMF

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
