Automotive market, with the ability to understand market-specific requirements - Advanced experience with Jira (boards, workflows, dashboards, reporting) - Strong proficiency in Confluence for structured documentation and knowledge management - Ability to understand integrations between systems and related processes Experience - More than 3 years of experience in project management with a strong operational foundation. - Experience in global rollout activities (pilots, planning, stakeholder management, time, cost, quality, training) - Ability to follow and enforce corporate policies and procedures - Experience communicating with different hierarchy levels, including senior management - Conflict management xkdbapo and effective problem-solving experience - Ability to implement solutions aligned with customer needs and coordinate complex changes Travel Availability - Availability to travel internationally (~5%) Skills and Competences: - Analysis - Target

Cualificación Education - Preferred Bachelor degree in IT (Computer Science, IT Engineer, Business Informatics or Mathematics).
