About the Job: Passionate about Agile ways of working and excited by the opportunity to make teams thrive? We are looking for an Agile Master who can empower teams, foster collaboration, and drive meaningful change in a fast-paced, international environment. As an Agile Master, you will act as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams within a scaled Agile setup. What you do An ambassador for the agile way of working and support the transfer of know-how into the organization and the specialist area. Driver for the further development of the agile environment. How do I moderate a meeting in an agile mindset and how do I prepare it? Methodical support for agile teams in their operational work. Support employees in their development into agile roles within the skill teams. Driver for the further development and flexibilization of the agile development process. Excellent problem and conflict resolution skills as well as empathic and appreciative communication skills. Independent and results-oriented way of working as well as constructive and entrepreneurial thinking. Confident demeanor, persuasiveness, and the ability to generate enthusiasm when working with all levels of the company. Manages Product Backlogs. Facilitate the agile teams to deliver their prioritized outcomes and follow the chosen agile methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Works on ways to increase teams throughput. Effectively works with PO, Cluster PO, Tribe Lead and Chapter Lead for Team's skill gap and effectively mitigating. Set up and encourage the use of Agile tooling to allow teams to thrive and collaborate wherever they may be situated. What you bring Agile certification (e.g. ICAgile, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance or SAFe). At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead in software development or operations environments. Strong hands-on experience applying Agile principles in real delivery contexts. Experience working in compliance-driven environments. Basic knowledge of IT Security topics such as Identity & Access Management or Cybersecurity. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, ensuring quality documentation and traceability. Proven experience working in scaled Agile environments and leading cross-functional or virtual teams. Strong servant leadership mindset with the ability to support team effectiveness and growth. Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to resolve complex challenges and manage conflicts constructively. Proactive, structured and result-oriented way of working. Strong leadership, change management and influencing skills. Positive attitude, curiosity and a strong customer-centric mindset.
