Tech Lead (.NET & Aws)

You'll be the technical lead of an AI Squad composed of a Project Manager and specialists in Backend, Frontend, and Machine Learning, collaborating directly with the AI Department of a leading Customer Experience firm.

We seek a Tech Lead experienced in building cloud-native software with knowledge of cutting-edge AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, Transformer-based models). Proven experience with AWS and relevant certifications are required.

You have led AI teams, ensuring successful project execution, and you guide your team while making sure projects finish on time and to standard.

You possess strong understanding of software design, including SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), and fundamental principles of security, logging, monitoring, and production-environment support., * Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.

• 7+ years of Software Development experience, of which at least 2 in a leading role.
• Proficient with .NET and knowledgeable in frontend languages and frameworks such as TypeScript and Vue.js.
• Highly experienced with AWS infrastructure and cloud-native applications.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient with GitLab.
• Superior communication skills.
• MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.

What's nice to have

• Prior experience with AI projects involving Large Language Models, embeddings, etc.
• AWS Certification.
