Job description

  • Acts as first point of escalation for Managed Services at BCN Airports.
  • Responds to customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure the establishment of appropriate improvement plans.
  • Quality issue management - coordinates the servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removal of equipment.
  • Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with specific customer specifications.
  • Manages technical products, services, logistics, and configurations for assigned customers.
  • Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives.
  • Assesses product needs according to customer specifications.
  • Acts as the local on-site Collins Aerospace representative to the customer's organization.
  • Manages statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma with proven experience, or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline with relevant experience in airport managed services or within airport operators in Spain.
  • Familiarity with Cisco network devices and general networking concepts.
  • Experience dealing with and navigating relationships with relevant airport operators in Spain.
  • Broad working knowledge of Special Airport Systems (SAS), including airport operational systems, baggage reconciliation systems, and passenger processing systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment both locally and globally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to source solutions to customer requirements or issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to travel as may be required.
